We, Graphic Communications Group are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual who will assist with audit procedures to ensure that internal controls are working as prescribed and corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to:
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that procurements are made in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Review, record and report anormalies in the disbursement process
- Conducting audits in the regional offices
- Undertake inventory management review
- Validating newspaper/adverts sales and generate daily/monthly reports
- Perform information systems audit.
- Review existing systems and making recommendations for improvement
- Conduct risk identification and corporate governance review

Qualification Required & Experience
- Full professional accounting qualification (ICA Gh, ACCA, CIMA Final) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience OR
- Part 2 Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory position
Skills/Competencies Required
- Must possess good analytical skills
- Must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty
- Must possess good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to meet timelines
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of Oracle (e-Business Suite) will be an advantage
