Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Public Areas
- Upkeep and Monitoring:
- Proactively inspecting public areas for cleanliness and wear and tear.
- Disposing of waste according to Hotel Policies.
- Guest Interaction and Assistance
- Provide directions, answering questions or fulfilling small requests related to public spaces.
- Safety and Hygiene
- Notify management or maintenance of hazards, broken equipment or safety concerns.
