Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Primary School Teacher at Brainy Bairn School, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.

- Assess( formative and Summative) students' work regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater to students' diverse needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
- Uphold the school’s policies and values, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A postgraduate teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the Cambridge Primary Curriculum or a similar international curriculum.
- Teaching License: A valid teaching license or certification (e.g., TSC, QTS, or equivalent).
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- A passion for education and commitment to student success.
- ICT competency to integrate technology into teaching and learning effectively.
