We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel and Tour Expert to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating bespoke travel itineraries, coordinating tours, and managing airline ticketing using Travelport Smartpoint.
Responsibilities
- Design and curate exceptional travel and tour packages tailored to client preferences.
- Manage airline reservations, ticketing, and reissues using the Travelport Smartpoint platform.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure personalized and unforgettable travel experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, airlines, and service providers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client’s travel journey.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in curating travel and tour experiences.
- Proficiency in using Travelport Smartpoint for airline ticketing and reservations.
