Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager at Premier Poultry Ltd in Assin Fosu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the poultry or agricultural industry
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Flexibility to work remotely when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
