We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Community Moderator with exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of blockchain culture to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with our community, contribute to innovative campaigns, and play a key role in driving the growth of our brand.
What you'll be getting up to:
As our Community Moderator, you’ll be the voice of our brand across our social media channels, engaging with our community, and ensuring that our online presence reflects the unique culture of blockchain. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to plan and deliver campaigns while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:
- Moderate our social media channels, fostering positive engagement and building strong community relationships.
- Plan and execute community engagement strategies to drive participation and growth.
- Support the creation of content, including posts, visuals, and messaging that resonate with blockchain audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that align with
broader company goals. - Actively engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports, identifying
opportunities for improvement. - Stay informed about blockchain trends, news, and cultural shifts to ensure our brand stays relevant and innovative.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table for campaigns, community activities, and content
strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Community Moderator or in a similar role, with several years of experience in the blockchain industry.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills tailored to blockchain-savvy audiences.
- Strong understanding of blockchain culture, language, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain engaged communities across social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to bring new ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
