About the Role:
The Assistant Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for leadership and oversight of assurance and compliance analysis on the performance of the university. The successful candidate will coordinate with all academic and administrative departments to analyze and create reports based on the compiled data. The Assistant Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory agencies.
The Assistant Director will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support institutional decision-making and ensure quality across academic and administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic advancement of the university through evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Reports to: The successful candidate will work in the Office of the President, reporting directly to the General Counsel of the university.

Professional Development and Leadership:
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in data analysis and quality assurance.
- Represent Quality Assurance in university committees, meetings, and events as needed.
- Support with strategic planning, goal setting, and decision-making related to quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree with a strong focus on statistical analysis or work experience of not less than five (5) years as a Quality Assurance expert in any related field.
- Experience with collecting and analyzing data.
- Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research design, analysis, and statistics.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
