My Wellspring School, located in Ablekuma, runs the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum from Creche to Junior High School. The school incorporates Montessori principles in its preschool and lower primary classes, along with internationally accepted best practices to develop Global citizenship among its learners.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Alumni Relations Coordinator at My Wellspring School. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing alumni relations, communication, event planning, volunteer management, and event management. This role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Qualifications
- Alumni Relations, Communication, and Event Planning skills
- Volunteer Management and Event Management skills
- Experience in coordinating and organizing events
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the educational sector and alumni engagement strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
