Job Purpose
The M&E and Programmes Officer will monitor, evaluate, and report on the coalition’s programmatic activities. This role ensures the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects to achieve alignment with the coalition’s objectives and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation

Develop and implement M&E frameworks and indicators to track progress, measure outcomes, and assess the impact of coalition programs.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor and evaluate program activities, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata) and M&E software.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Knowledge of malaria prevention and control strategies in Ghana is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
