Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketer/Business Developer to identify and secure new business opportunities for our company. The successful candidate will work remotely, making calls and researching business opportunities, and will also visit potential customers to promote our services and build relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Make calls and visit potential customers to promote our services and build relationships
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development strategies
- Perform other tasks and errands as required by management
Required Skills or Experience
- Laptop and reliable internet access
- Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Willing to learn and proficient with computers

Compensation
- Monthly salary: 1500 Ghana Cedis
- Commission: 6%-13% of the total value of each job secured
- Monthly data stipend
- Transportation costs covered by management for work-related errands and tasks
Working Conditions
- Remote work arrangement (work from home)
- Occasional travel for meetings and client visits
- Working hours: 25-40 hours per week.
