NIBS is a boutique business school located in Accra, Ghana. NiBS seeks to appoint two ambitious and dynamic professionals for Student Recruitment and Marketing. Your primary focus is developing and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, and events to attract and enrol high-quality students for our doctorate and master's programs.
The appointees will be pivotal in driving this activity to support the growth of the university's postgraduate student population from Ghana and across the region.
In this full-time, on-site role. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising and recruiting prospective students to meet enrollment targets.
- Advising students on program requirements, completing student's application and enrollment process.
- Developing and delivering informative presentations about NIBS programs to prospective students and applicants
- Maintain effective communication with prospective students to address their questions and concerns about enrollment.
- Collaborating with faculty and administration to enhance the student experience in the recruitment process
- Analyzing student recruitment data and providing recommendations for improvements in student recruitment processes and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Marketing and Business Development skills, preferably in education, student recruitment, insurance, and other service-related settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-suite-level.
- Have an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide data-driven insights on marketing and student recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Development.
- Thorough understanding of higher education student recruitment systems.
- Willingness to work on base salary and performance bonuses.
