Responsibilities
1. Fraud Risk Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor anti-fraud frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to strengthen internal controls against fraud.
2. Auditing and Investigation
- Plan, lead, and execute internal audits focused on fraud detection and prevention.
- Investigate suspected fraud cases, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure all audit findings are documented and follow up on remediation actions.

3. Supervisory Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance on fraud investigation techniques.
- Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely completion of audit projects.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on emerging fraud risks and detection tools.
4. Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and present detailed reports on fraud incidents, trends, and control recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, anti-fraud laws, and organizational policies.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors, regulators, and law enforcement when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fraud investigations, auditing, forensic accounting, or risk management.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading fraud detection audits or investigations.
- Experience supervising teams in an audit, compliance, or risk management role.
- Familiarity with fraud schemes, forensic analysis techniques, and anti-fraud best practices.
