A company in the steel & iron rods industry is looking for talented and dedicated individuals to work with IT Officer
Responsibilities
As an IT Officer, you can expect to work with computer-based information systems, software, and hardware, typically by designing, developing, and managing them. Everyday responsibilities can include:
- Identifying technical problems
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Troubleshooting
- Assisting team members with data security
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems & network
- Backing up relevant data in the system
- Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems
- Designing computer-based systems or programs
- Identifying user needs with technology
- Any other task, that will be assigned by your supervisor

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Any professional certificate is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Computer repairs and maintenance
- Supporting network database
- System networking/server management
