SCOPE OF ROLE:
The driver safely and responsibly performs all official travels using official vehicle(s) and assists with other office work.
TASKS:
- Responsible for the company’s vehicle documents and their good condition, keeping a vehicle logbook and recording monthly maintenance.
- Report needs for service and carry out minor repairs.
- Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s) regularly
- Provide transportation functions in an official car for staff of the company
- Run errands for the company, in areas of product delivery, banking operations, etc.
- Communicate delivery timelines to clients in a professional manner
- Work independently with less supervision
- Coordinate with other operations teams for regular stock updates and availability.
- Must know key areas in Accra

Qualification Required & Experience
- Must have a secondary school certificate and a valid driver’s license.
- At least five (5) years of work experience as a driver with references.
- No major accidents in the past three (3) years.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Disciplined, punctual, resilient and patient
