A leading multinational metal processing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join their team in Ghana. This is a strategic leadership role that offers significant growth opportunities, with a clear succession plan to transition into the General Manager position within the next 3 years.
Position: Head of Finance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with international financial standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic financial direction to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Business partner with various departments (Operations, Sales, HR, and more) to deliver actionable financial insights that drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Monitor financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, while identifying new opportunities for financial growth.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost management to optimize financial outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall company strategy and provide support to the Managing Director on key financial matters If you are a talented financial modeller with a passion for driving positive change through your expertise.

Qualifications:
- CA + big 4 articles
- 8 to 10 years post article experience
- Manufacturing experience essential
- Management experience
Skills:
- IFRS
