Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Spektra Global in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications
- 4 years experience in sales preferably in a construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with track record of achieving sales target
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft suite
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
