MeNen Interlock Bricks is a green construction business in Ghana, certified by the Ministry of Works and Housing in General Building and Civil Works. We specialize in producing eco-friendly and energy-efficient hydraform interlocking bricks using local materials, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient buildings with a low or no carbon footprint. Our products are ideal for various building projects such as clinics, schools, museums, and residential constructions, and many more.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Wa. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and utilizing clerical skills for efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- HND or first degree in Business Administration or related field
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
