As part of our growth, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Agents to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to promote our sanitation services and attract new customers. As a Marketing and Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, present our services, and drive sales through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the domestic, corporate, and community sectors.
- Promote Citclean Group's services and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize both digital and traditional marketing methods to attract clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a commission basis.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sanitation or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for delivering results.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work on a commission-based pay structure.
