Position Summary
Our team is currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR intern to join its Human Resource department. This position is great for graduates and aspiring professionals who are looking to work on business-critical assignments and gain relevant work experience.
The intern will be based in Akuse in the Eastern Region.
What You Will Do:
The Intern will Support the Human Resource Manager with the following activities:
- Recruitment of Factory Workers
- On-boarding activities for new hires.
- Updating employee databases by entering new employee contact information, details, and more.
- Organizing and setting up interviews with any shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating logistics for training programs.
- Helping in organizing company events and corporate activities.
- Completing HR documentation,
- Learning and getting familiar with the company’s HR policies and employee benefits to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
- Providing other administrative support.
- Participating in training

Required Skills or Experience
Your Profile:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Eagerness to learn and work with various departments.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, and a great team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
