Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads for debt recovery services.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Develop and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or credit administration preferably within the debt recovery or banking industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Must have a driver's license.
