Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Nursery 1 to JHS 1 students.
- Develop and implement a creative and dynamic curriculum that meets the educational needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Use various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance teaching strategies and student support.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and behaviour.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A valid teaching certificate or license.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with experience in early childhood and primary education.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficient in using technology for teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
