A startup company is looking for a highly skilled Full-Time IT Specialist with expertise in mobile app development and platform development, particularly using Flutter.
As a Full-Time IT Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our mobile app and platform.
You will work closely with our development team to ensure our technology meets the needs of our users and stays ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile App Development
- Develop and maintain the company mobile app using Flutter.
- Implement new features and functionality based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure the app is optimized for performance, stability, and user experience.
Platform Development
- Develop and maintain the company’s platform to support our logistics operations and our customers.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and reliable.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the product management team to define and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Testing and Debugging
- Conduct thorough testing of the app and platform to identify and fix bugs.
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor app and platform performance and address any issues promptly.

Required Skills or Experience
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
- Experience with platform development and integration of third-party APIs.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with database management and Amazon cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have
- Knowledge of logistics or transportation industries is a plus.
