Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Technician who will join the installation team of Atlantic Climate Control. With over forty years of experience to our name, Atlantic Climate Control has had the privilege of serving some of Ghana’s most prestigious brands and businesses. Our range of products also includes high-quality cooling solutions that are perfect for homes and offices.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems to Atlantic Climate Control and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for undertaking installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at client’s premises and project sites. This is to be carried out by observing and adhering to laid down procedures and standards set by the company.
- Carryout inspections for offers to be made etc, about types of equipment, load calculation and material requirement.
- Responsible for troubleshooting faults of all types and repair of defective units. This includes the replacement of all faulty components to ensure that the equipment operates within the designed parameters.
- Responsible for carrying out inspections of clients’ premises or project sites to determine requirements.
- Prepare and send job cards for the day’s activities to the Supervisor and Service Engineer.
- Maintain the objective of value creation for the company in all activities.
- Make best efforts to respond to client’s requests and enquiries (email and others) on the same day.
Required Skills or Experience
- NVTI Certificate I or II
- HND in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Airconditioning)
Skills or Experience
- Knowledge in organizational health & safety is an advantage.
- Ability to be polite, friendly, and professional when attending to customers.
- Available to sometimes on Saturday and outside Accra.
