Job Scope Brief
- Ensuring that all products and processes meet the required standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Supervising quality control teams, implementing quality management systems, and continuously improving quality assurance processes to minimize defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training and development programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Implement and maintain effective testing procedures and methodologies.
- Analyze test data and reports, identifying any trends or areas for improvement.
- Manage non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Communicate with production teams to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all quality control activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have experience in a manufacturing company, preferably heavy industry
- 3 - 4 years experience
