Key Responsibilities
- Carry out troubleshooting and problem-solving on Seamer and Filling Machines
- Carry out quality checks on cans after seaming
- Carry out Change over as per the production plan
- Maintain various records and reports
- Assist in the smooth running of the line
- Maintain site tidiness and general good housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
- Responsible for training of personnel on can Seamer and fillers
- Ensure commitment to Food Safety and Food Quality
- Ensure production volumes are achieved as per targets set
- Ensure all cans produced meet the required set standards
- Good understanding of process flow
- Fair knowledge on equipment care and safety

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in electrical/ mechanical engineering
- Good knowledge of Seamer and fillers (Not less than 5 years experience)
- Good knowledge of can quality terminologies
- Good knowledge in problem-solving
- Strong people management skills
- Knowledgeable in food safety practices
- Knowledgeable in safety practices
