Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Manage IT staff, including performance appraisals, training, and development.
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet project requirements.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage IT budget and resources effectively.
- Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience in managing and leading an IT team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of IT trends and technologies relevant to Ghana.
- Masters degree preferred
