Process Clerks

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties

  • Register court processes in the appropriate books and/or electronically upload all processes onto the e-justice platform (e-dockets)
  • High level of integrity
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Docket Clerks

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties

  • Arrange dockets for easy retrieval
  • Place processes on dockets
  • Keep records of the movement of dockets
  • Paste orders/judgments/ copies of certificates in order books
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Bailiffs

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties

  • Execute court orders as Assistant Deputy Sheriff
  • Serve court processes
  • Make entries into the Bailiff Process Book
  • Keep records of service, Non-Service and Execution
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Court Recorders

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties

  • Record, type court proceedings/directly transcribe court proceedings
  • Type court orders, letters of Administration and judgments
  • Paste court orders, rulings and judgments in their various books
  • Type cause list
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Cashiers

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties

  • Make assessments and file court processes
  • Issue receipts on money paid to court or bank
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation statements
  • Prepare revenue and deposit returns
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Magistrate

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Applicants must be Ghanaians enrolled on the Roll of Lawyers in Ghana
  • Must be not less than 3 years standing at the Bar
