Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day operations in Accra.
Key Accountabilities
Supervise and monitor stock movements in the warehouse in the following ways;
- Ordering products from the factory or in liaison with the Inventory Control Officer to raise requisition for products.
- Receiving products from suppliers and bonded warehouses and ensuring it
conform to quantity and quality in line with purchase orders, invoices or packing lists. - Issuing products to wholesale and retail outlets of the company.
Inventory management
- Supervise proper storage of products.
- Keep up-to-date records of stocks in the warehouse
- Undertake periodic stock-taking
- Check and monitor products to ensure products do not expire on shelves.
- Assign jobs to Warehouse Attendants and monitor the execution of the jobs.
- Effectively and efficiently supervise all Sales Assistants, Warehouse Attendants, Cleaners, and Office Assistants
- Responsible for all assets assigned to the Warehouse

Qualification Required & Experience
- Min of HND in purchasing and supply, procurement or related field
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role.
