The school is looking for a Senior School Nurse who is aligned with the school’s mission and values and can manage, direct and lead the healthcare department in delivering excellent services to students and parents.
The Senior Nurse will lead the team in implementing strategies that promote the health and safety of students and staff using strong skills in critical thinking, decision-making, communication, individual and classroom education and child advocacy.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- BSN in Nursing
- Active RN license
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a nurse in a private organization
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a school nurse ( preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a health care supervisor or manager
- Experience in leading workshops and training
- Experience of using Google Suites; Google Sheets, Google Docs; Google Forms
- Experience in writing health care policies and procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of healthcare systems in schools
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Demonstrated experience of attention to detail
- CPR and First Aid certified
