AGROPAL West Africa Limited (AGROPAL) is an agribusiness focused on processing and marketing fruits grown in West Africa for international markets. AGROPAL products are dried fruits (mainly from mangoes and pineapples). Our mission is to empower every actor in the agricultural value chain to ensure inclusive development of the sector. Our vision is to see a bubbling agricultural sector in Ghana and West Africa improving economies, providing incomes for people, and enhancing food security and health.
Job Description
- Reports to: Managers or Supervisors
- Department: Production, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource, Export and Trade, Sourcing and Extension, and Marketing
- Duration: Six (6) months
- Work Location: Akuse, Eastern Region
Position Summary
AGROPAL is embarking on an internship recruitment drive to offer opportunities to recent graduates to acquire real-world experience in their respective fields. Our team is looking for interns who are passionate, enthusiastic and eager to learn, to join its Sourcing, Production, Quality Assurance, Export, and Marketing departments in the coming weeks.

These positions are great for graduates and aspiring professionals who are looking to work on business-critical assignments and gain relevant work experience. The interns will be based in Akuse, Eastern Region.
Interns are responsible for securing and paying for their accommodation for the entire duration of the internship.
What You Will Do:
The interns will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Learning and getting familiar with all aspects of the company’s operations
- Working as part of the team to plan and executive action plans
- Providing ideas to grow and improve the business
- Researching and proposing ideas for business-focused projects or assignments
- Contributing to improving internal processes
- Participating in training
Required Skills or Experience
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Processing, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Agriculture, Marketing, Communication, Logistics or related field.
- Professional certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for respective fields.
- Eagerness to learn and work with various departments.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in your respective field.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Able to pay attention to detail.
- Able to think creatively.
- Good communication skills, and a great team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluency in English.
