PG Advertising Agency, a reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Social Media strategist
Purpose of the job
The purpose of this role will be charged with managing several clients' social media profiles and executing their marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Preparation of social media strategy and pitch to prospective client
- Implement social media strategies for multiple companies, build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption
- Identifying and engaging influencers
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- To develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites resource centers etc
- To build content and manage clients' social media accounts
- To develop a social media strategy, schedule posts and manage interactions on different platforms
- Responsible for providing clients with comprehensive analytics, data presentations and resource management report

Qualification Required & Experience
- The job holder must be a high-energy individual with personal integrity and very innovative
- Bachelors degree in public communication and/or marketing risk and strategy, journalism, computer science, social sciences or MBA in Marketing will be a plus
- 5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable advertising agency
- Strong project management or organisational skills
