Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the school's operations, including curriculum development, budget management, and strategic planning.
- Hire, train, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
- Stay updated on education laws, regulations, and policies.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for students, staff, and parents.
- Serve as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and the community.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including finances, facilities, and educational materials.
- Monitor student progress and academic performance.
- Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and local authorities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or a related field
- Teaching experience or previous administrative experience in an educational setting
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., principal certification)
- Knowledge of education laws, regulations, and policies
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
This position will be based in Awudome Estates, Accra
Salary: GHS 2,500
