As a System Administrator, your core responsibilities encompass planning, implementing, and maintaining server and network infrastructures, as well as overseeing related projects. You'll take charge of technical design, system planning, and enterprise-level security solutions. Your role involves analyzing infrastructure requirements, troubleshooting issues, and serving as a system administration expert. You'll provide recommendations for system and security enhancements, lead the development of specifications, and identify innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in server and network administration roles, demonstrating proficiency.
- Install, configure, and maintain both internal and customer-facing servers, network devices, and firewalls with advanced expertise.
- Proactively manage, ensuring optimal performance and security for server, network, and firewall systems.
- Administer and provide support for core technologies, including Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, VMware, NUTANIX, and other relevant systems.
- Develop and execute project plans, conduct risk assessments, and create contingency strategies for successful project outcomes.
- Define and document best practices and support procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory and asset configuration documentation for accuracy.
- Assist in vendor evaluations and recommendations for hardware, firewall, telecom, and software.
- Mentor team members, fostering skill development, and collaborate effectively with clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess essential certifications: Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, and relevant Cybersecurity certificates.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Windows Server and Windows desktop Operating Systems.
- Exhibit expertise in managing server virtualization technologies (VMware, NUTANIX, Hypervisor).
- Show experience in inter LAN/WAN networking.
- Display proficiency in Linux/UNIX administration.
- Have advanced knowledge in HCI technology.
- Show strong communication skills, flexibility to adapt to change, organizational prowess, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
