Richmorgan Engineering Services Limited is a Sales & Maintenance Company that provides services to the oil marketing companies (OMC’s) in Ghana.
The company mainly deals in:
- Sales, installation and maintenance of (fuel dispensing pumps, fuel tanks, fuel pipelines, carwash machines and forecourt management systems)
- General electrical works and
- Civil works for oil marketing companies
Job Brief
We are looking for dynamic sales personnel with experience to help drive our companys sales activities. The person should have prior experience in selling fuel dispensing pumps & accessories, fuel pipelines, dispensing sumps, manhole covers, Oil/Water Separators and carwash machines.

Responsibilities
- Selling of industrial Equipment/Machines & Accessories such as: Fuel dispensing pumps, fuel pipes, Sumps, manhole covers & carwash machines.
- Ensure that all sales activities are recorded on a daily basis
- Follow up and keep an accurate account database of all customer information
- Ensures effective sales and customer experience is achieved by determining individual customer needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Ensures all sales documentation process are maintained on every transaction
- Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with sales policy
- Ensures sales deals are closed, and customers receive excellent after sales support
Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a good first degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent MS office (Word, Excel) skills
- Excellent selling skills and customer service experience
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in industrial product line
- Applicant should be between the ages of 30 to 45 years
