A Ghanaian-owned Animal Feed company located in Kumasi seeks the following dynamic and experienced professionals for its manufacturing operations: Sales and Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead national sales and marketing functions for the company, as well as direct international marketing efforts
- To demonstrate strong knowledge of aquaculture in Ghana, fish feed marketing, technical issues in aquaculture such as fish nutrition and fish health
- Should processes strong organizational, analytical, initiative and negotiation skills
- Be a strong oral communicator both in the English medium and diverse local dialect, and must be able to express himself in writing very clearly
- Must be a strong leader and problem solver who can multi-task and pay attention to detail and must be very comfortable making presentations before large groups of potential customers
- To organise farmers for product presentations and effectively present company’s products and answer questions as well as work with a cross-functional team to manage the availability to finished product from the factory
- To work from multiple locations both local and international

Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of BA/BSc/MBA degree in marketing, finance or a relevant area
- A minimum of 3 years experience in fish feed marketing and/or other related role in the aquaculture industry
