MediSite Services Ghana is seeking to recruit the following health professionals job positions below.

#1. Radiographer

Job Summary

This role is responsible for operating X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that aid in the diagnosis of various patient conditions.

Also oversees the well functioning of the clinic, including staffing, finance, audit and patient care, Clinic managers work to ensure that the needs of the clinic as well as staff are met

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have fully registered and in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council of Ghana.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience

#2. Paramedics

Job Summary

The role involves providing emergency care, assessing patients on the scene and making preliminary diagnosis, providing emergency medical treatment, including administering medication, pain relief, infusion and dressing wounds/injuries, employing specialist equipment, such as ventilators and defibrillators, when needed

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years post-nursing qualification or 2 years post advanced diploma in anesthesia
• 2 years post advanced diploma in anesthesia and 5 years of working experience

#3. Nurses with Occupational Health Capabilities

Job Summary

To provide support for the Occupational Health Doctor / Chief Medical Officer on Occupational Health operations, Rehabilitation of patients co-ordinate with OHD,CMO, IH and patient to complete risk assessment, device a rehab programme and monitor progress
Follow up with health surveillance and monitoring programmes where there is a risk to health, identified through the risk assessment process with IH.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be fully registered and in good standing with the Nurses and Midwifery Council, certified to use various OH tools
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

 

#4. Medical Laboratory Technicians

Job Summary

The role involves participation in a variety of medical or analytical laboratory support activities as part of the medical processes for the team on site.
Preparation of samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms, monitor tests and procedures, analyse the chemical content of fluids, match blood for transfusions and test for drug levels in the blood

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have fully registered and in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council of Ghana
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

#5. Chief Medical Officers

Job Summary

The CMO is responsible for the overall quality, strategic and medical management of the which provides primary exceptional and emergency health care services through the development of a quality focused general practice environment

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ghana Medical and Dental council, Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Must have BLS, ACLS, ITLS qualification

 

#6. Occupational Health Doctors

Job Summary

Occupational Health Doctors are responsible for the delivery quality and efficiency of all occupational health services delivered by MedSite Services Ghana.
The position oversees the patients diagnosis, treatment and prevention of occupational and/or injury or may act as a consultant to identify workplace health hazards

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council fully certified in Occupational Health Doctor

 

#7. Nurses

Job Summary

To provide professional nursing care for patients by contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to improve health outcomes and creating, implementing and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be fully registered and in good standing with the Nurses and Midwifery Council, Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

 

#8. Pharmacists

Job Summary

The job role involves participation is a variety of pharmacist support activities as part of medical processes. This includes ensuring that the pharmacy premises and systems are fit for purpose.

Role includes reviewing prescriptions, organizing the pharmacy, delivery and labeling medication and providing information and advice for patients, safe medication use, monitoring patient history and staying updated on advancements in medicine

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be fully registered and in good standing with the pharmacy council Ghana, minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

#9. Medical Officers

The SMO is to provide primary and emergency health care services on site and make appropriate referrals, when necessary, in line with the Medisite Services Ghana Limited protocols, ensuring that the hightest standard in patient care are maintained and verifying complex and facilitating treatment plans

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Must have ILS, ACLS qualification
