We are looking for an adapt HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in the resort.
Job Summary
The candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the resort’s strategies and objectives
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- A professional certification and a member of a recognised professional body (CIHRM) etc
- MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Working experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage

- Able to pay attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Strong emotional intelligence
