We are looking to hire a customer-oriented marketing and sales manager to increase tour sales online and return and lead our team of sales representatives.
Job Description
- Candidate will set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personnel sales, and strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and providing excellent sales records.
- Candidate will be responsible for tracking market development, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining customer relations.
- Overseeing sales, marketing, and advertisement activities.
- Monitors demand for company products or services, business, and industry competition.
- Identifies potential new customers; develops strategies for increasing sales or market share.
- Meeting the monthly set target of the company, both online and retail.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

Required Skills or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
- The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent in e-mail marketing and the use of chimps is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and objectives.
