We are looking for a Contact Center Operator that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and also follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and respond quickly to queries.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to work under pressure

Qualification Required & Experience
- Must obtain either a DIPLOMA or DEGREE in Marketing.
- Must have marketing experience.
- Experience in call centre operations is a plus.
