Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. As a System Administrator at Kissi & Co., you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our computer systems and networks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and security of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
- Manage and maintain networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Conduct system audits and implement enhancements to improve system reliability and security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in system administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or HyperV.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in system administration.
- Proven experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
