La Community Bank LTD seeks to employ a suitably qualified person for the position of: Finance Manager
Role Summary
Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, and production of financial and management records in adherence to accounting policies, procedures and standards
Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of first degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university
- The final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA
- A minimum of 7 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in the financial services industry
- Proficient in the use of an Accounting software

Knowledge and Skills
- Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS, BASEL 2 and other international standards
- Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes
- Tax laws and related regulations
- Bank of Ghana regulations and directives
- Developments and trends in the financial services industry
- Labour law & practice
