Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Create artwork and video assets for in-app, merchandise, mock-ups, playlist covers, campaigns, social media, banners etc. and any other assets required by the company.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Ensure the VI guide and rules are followed in creating assets.
- Oversightory role of the Department by ensuring the team has the tools they need for their work.
- Write weekly reports of the team’s progress and plans.
Required Skills or Experience
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

Required Competencies and Attributes
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
