Roles and Responsibilities
- We are a leading multinational BPO company, operating in Ghana and currently recruiting for Call center agents to help us achieve our objectives.

- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- We are looking for 0-1 years’ experience in Technical Support Representatives who already have knowledge of Call Center operations.
- Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters.
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

Required Skills or Experience
- 0-1 year of experience min ( Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent English Level.
- Proactive, good communication skills and energetic.
- Ability to sit for long hours.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- Strong relationship builder
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Fresher with above skills can be considered
- Attention to details
- Tech Savvy
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
