Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry including rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading, and hauling and materials handling.

Reporting to the HR Manager, The HR Analyst will collect, compile, maintain and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, talent development, training, compensation and benefits, etc. for management decision-making.
The role is also responsible for improving the quality of employee information in the Human Resource Information Systems and also ensuring that HR Information standards, processes, and routines are followed within SAWA. The role holder is also responsible for HR administration and will act as the first line of support for employees and managers on HR administration, policies, and processes.
