Tap&Hop is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (FSE) to join our Software Development team. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing code and modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
About the Role:
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks including React and NextJS.
- Ability to work with a team of developers, communicating professionally and effectively.
- To keep up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques in order to discuss them for inclusion within our platform.
- To assist in critical support issues where your experience is required to ascertain the issue quickly and to find the more appropriate resolution.
- To proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies.
- A high level of SEO experience, specifically onsite optimisation, but also a full and broad knowledge of effective SEO strategies and techniques.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe XD and UX UI.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
- Solid experience in Scrum/Agile, CI/CD, development practices and code reviews.
