As the Technology Solution Delivery Resource, you will work with diverse teams to implement Business Applications and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to support our clients to define and implement Business applications and ERP systems :
- Support clients at all stages of the implementation life cycle including scoping projects, gathering requirements and development (full-stack experience)
- Capture and document user requirements in detailed functional specifications and translate those requirements into project deliverables
- Support the design of solutions that meet customer needs in the best and most efficient way possible
- Support the configuration of solutions
- Run feedback sessions with customers and execute testing as required throughout a project
- Run customer-facing user training sessions and attend other meetings with clients as Necessary
- Develop technical proposals in response to client solicitations

To qualify for the role, you must have the following:
Education and Academic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information technology or in a related field from a recognised university
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in SAP business applications will be a plus
Technical Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of practical experience in software/business application implementation
- Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
- Proven DevOps experience on large-scale projects
- Experience and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the application development cycle
- Experience in consulting practice would be an added advantage
