Job Description
- Customer feedback calls

- Enable system administrators to run queries via software
- In-hospital messaging via software
- Training for hospital managers twice a year
- Training for system administrators twice a year
- Hospital in-service training (with snacks sponsored by Cervus Limited) Twice a year
Responsibilities
- Managing client calls
- Managing manual and automatic client software updates
- Managing feedback to clients concerning the status of their requests
- Online user training and technical support to users
- Software development: Bug fixes and minor new features
