A security solutions company which specializes in providing both manned guarding and security technology is seeking a Business Development Executive who would effectively drive the sales of their products and services
Job Roles & Responsibilities: *
The duties that candidate will be responsible for
- Selling burglar and fire alarm systems, access control and security monitoring services (e.g. manned guarding and CCTV) to individuals and businesses. Examining customer's home or business and analyzing customer's requirements to recommend security system to meet customer's needs.
- Successfully demonstrate the solutions to potential customers.
- Explaining the operation of the security system after installation.
- Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.

- Qualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposal solutions.
- Identify prospective security and technical requirements.
- Work with internal team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customer.
- Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls
- Handling technical presentations and proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and follow a behavior based sales plan that is reviewed weekly.
Job Requirement: *
Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess
- Minimum of an HND in Business, Sales or Marketing with equivalent experience.
- Proven 3+ years track record of selling managed IT and/or security solutions.
- Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skill.
- Must possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, resilience, integrity and initiative. Clear, logical and persuasive communication skills with an ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
