Ghana Reinsurance Company Limited (Ghana Re) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract {Or the
procurement of computer software (s).

Ghana Reinsurance Company Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of the Computer Software (s).

Tendering will be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as ainended by Act 914) and in the
Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority Manual of the Republic of Ghana.

Tenderers are requested to attach copies of the under-listed documents:

• Business Registration Certificate & Certificate to Commence Business
• VAT Certificate
• Valid Social Security Clearnace Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

Failure to do so may render the tender unresponsive.

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the tender documents at the said address from 9.00 a. m. to
3.00 p. m. during work hours.

A complete set of tcndcr documents in English may be purchased by Interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and payment ofa non-refundable fee of GHS 200.00 

Tenders must be signed and deposited in the tender box at the reception of Ghana Re's Plot 24 Sudan Road, Anobassador Hotel Area, Ridge office at or before 10: 00 a. m. on May 21, 2019. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11.00 a. m. on May 21, 2019.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline tender submission.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the tender price. The tender security shall be from either a reputable insurance company licensed by the National Insurance Commission or (ihana or from a reputable bank licensed by the Bank of Ghana. tender security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the period of validlty of the tender. Sarnple form of tender security to be adopted is attached.

Late Tenders will be rejected.
